Syracuse VAMC — CHP Installation Commissioning
The project included installing eight (8) 65 kW microturbines on the SCI building roof, supported by a steel frame. The microturbines produce hot water, which is distributed and interconnected with the existing hot water distribution system. Power generated by the 8 new 65KW microturbine generators is tied into the VA-owned existing 480V Switchgear, controlled to not exceed VAMC use. The system is controlled by a combination of microturbine controllers and expansion of the existing DDC system, and was fully commissioned upon construction completion.
Atlanta VAMC — CHP Plant Construction Management
The project included constructing a new 26,875-square-foot building for three generator sets, emissions treatment systems, and related mechanical and electrical systems. The four-story CHP Plant houses the generator sets on the ground floor and features a connected single-story high-bay structure. The facility uses three nominal 2.6-megawatt natural gas spark-ignition engine generator sets. Upgrades also involved replacing the three existing boilers with four new dual-fired fire-tube boilers and adding a new control room within the existing facility.
PMG provided Construction Management support for the CHP installation by assisting with project development, reviewing design documents, providing daily construction oversight, and coordinating directly with the prime contractor, design Architects/Engineers, and key VA staff members, in line with the standing contract documents.
Dallas (LT-SCI) Parking Garage Structure
PMG provided task-level commissioning support to the VA in the design, review, construction, and operation of the Dallas LT-SCI Garage Electrical and Elevator system. Commissioning was accomplished through a series of project documentation reviews, physical inspection, operational testing, and task-level technical analysis and reporting.
El Paso VAMC — Chilled Water Plant
The project included two new 1000-ton centrifugal chillers, one existing 450-ton chiller, and all pumps, controls, and valves running the Chilled Water Plant. PMG supported the ESPC's construction management by assisting project development, reviewing design documents, providing daily oversight, and coordinating with the prime contractor, design architects/engineers, and key VA staff, per contract documents. The project concluded with the successful commissioning and turnover of the new and upgraded Chilled Water Plant systems.
Shreveport VAMC — Solar PV Installation Commissioning
This project consisted of three (3) solar array systems composed of 4,936 individual 265W solar panel modules, spread across multiple carport canopies throughout the Shreveport VA Medical Center parking lot. The structural scope of work for this project included the design, installation, assembly, and placement of arrays of solar panels installed upon 10' to 12' height carports at three (3) sites across the Shreveport VAMC campus. The commissioning work included a series of project documentation reviews, physical inspections, operational testing, and task-level technical analysis and reporting.
Grounds Maintenance — Riverside ARB
PMG is currently providing grounds maintenance services on 17 acres of Government property to ensure the site's grounds are safe, secure, and presentable at all times. This also includes pruning of shrubs and trees that is conducted on a quarterly basis.
Dallas Commercial Facility

Shreveport VAMC — Facility Operations
PMG provided ongoing facility operations and maintenance services at the Shreveport VA Medical Center, supporting HVAC, electrical, and grounds systems to keep the facility safe and operational for veterans and staff year-round.
